Cancellation Policy
There is no option of cancellation of any products that have been ordered. Once the order is submitted, it automatically goes to the packing department, where your order will be carefully packed to be dispatched at the earliest.
Refund Policy
If you ever receive a different product other than what you placed an order for, please take a photograph of the same and send it to info@agaveli.com with the subject line – ‘Different Product’. Be sure to include your name, contact number, order date and order number. Make sure you send in the products within 7 days of the product you received wrongly. Your correct order will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving the Different product.
If your received package seems to be damaged or broken, please take a photograph of the same and send it to info@agaveli.com with the subject line – ‘Damaged Package’. Be sure to include your name, contact number, order date and order number. Make sure you send in the products within 7 days of the product you received in damaged condition. Your correct order will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product.
If you do break the seal of the product you have received, it cannot be returned unless one of our team assists you to do so.
Make sure you package the products really carefully so that it is not damaged. If any product is damaged due to inadequate packaging, the refund shall be cancelled or may not be in full.
Please return the packages via insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We will not be responsible for packages that are lost in transit.
