Jaggery is natural sweetener. Jaggery contains approximately 94-98.5% of sucrose which is converted into glucose by our body to get immediate energy. Agaveli's Jaggery is made from naturally grown sugarcane. Jaggery is used as sweetener in hot drinks like tea coffee. Its also used in making of sweets like groundnut sweet balls etc.,
Juice is extracted from sugarcane and it is boiled . As a result water content is evaporated leaving sugar content behind. Then the sugar content is made into desired shapes using mould or made into small balls.
